Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This modern bungalow has 2 bedrooms on the main floor and the master has an ensuite and walk-in closet. There is a luxury kitchen, living area, laundry area and a 2-person desk if you need to work remote. The finished basement has a living area with a pullout sofa, a wetbar, a gaming table and an additional bedroom and bathroom. All bedrooms are lockable for privacy. Max guests is 6 adults with 2 kids allowed.

When you enter the home from the garage, there is a bathroom and the laundry room. Then on the left there is the first bedroom with a queen bed and a dresser specifically designed for guests (with a lockable door). Then there is the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom (with a lockable door) that includes an ensuite and walk-in closet. When you enter the basement, there is the bathroom, the wet bar and gaming table a guest bedroom on the right and the living room on the left. There is a locked room on the back left that is not available to guests.

Guests can access the home from the garage or the front door with a personal access code. Note that we have personal items stored in the home as we stay there when we are in Canada but there is plenty of storage for guests.

We live out of the country, but our cleaner is nearby, along with our handiman, in case of any issues. Please note that supplies are not replenished for long term stays, as stays longer than a week are discounted.

This is a brand new area called Uplands at Riverview. There are nice walking trails in the area and although in the suburbs very close to Anthony Henday for access across the City.

It is best to have a car as this is a new area in the suburbs so driving is needed unless you want to rely on uber or taxis at times. The City of Edmonton currently has "On Demand" bus service from the area where you can book on an app and get a bus to Lewis Farms transit terminal where you can connect to other buses. They do not have the best availability however, which is why a car is recommended.

In the past we only allowed booking of the upstairs of the home (as the basement had a long term tenant). The home is no longer shared (other than the garage) and you can see reviews of the home on my other listing.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
