This modern bungalow includes 2 bedrooms in the basement usable by guests, so the guests need to be ok with a shared entrance, laundry and garage for when we are in town upstairs. One bedroom has a desk area if you need to work remote, and both bedrooms are very large and have keyed locks. The basement is over 1000SF with a kitchenette, dining table, living area and bathroom and guests can also use the main floor bathroom by the laundry.

Guests have one spot in the garage for parking as we have our car in the garage as well. Upstairs when you enter the home from the garage, there is a bathroom and laundry room. Then there is the stairwell to the basement for guests to access. The basement gives privacy as the owner only needs to access for the mechanical room.

We are in Belize for a good part of the year, but we are available for questions through email and whats app.

This is a brand new area called Uplands at Riverview. There are nice walking trails in the area and although in the suburbs very close to Anthony Henday for access across the City. It is best to have a car as it is an area in the suburbs so driving is needed unless you want to rely on uber or taxis.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
